Wi-Fi | Registration – TWOLFnet

The following are instructions as to how to add your devices to the TWOLFnet WIFI registration.

General Information

Device registration is a one-time process for access to TWOLFnet. Once registered, a device will automatically authenticate and connect.

For the device needing registration, a MAC address of the ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter is needed. Ethernet adapters are only supported in the Residence Halls.

Login Credentials

  • Go to the Colorado State University Pueblo website (www.csupueblo.edu)
  • Click on the I AM A… in the upper right hand corner of the site.
  • If you are a current student, click on the Current Students tab located at the top of the page.
  • If you are a faculty or staff member, click on the Faculty and Staff tab located at the top of the page.
  • Click on the TWOLFnet icon in the toolbar.
  • Enter your NetID in the required field.
  • Enter your NetID password in the required field.
  • Click on the Continue button.

Adding MAC Address

  • Select a Device Type.
  • Enter the device’s Media Access Control (MAC) address. *If you need additional help finding your MAC addressclick the What is this? link below the MAC address entry area.
  • Enter a Description for the device.
  • Click the blue ADD button.
  • Your device will be added to the list of Registered Devices at the bottom of the page.
  • Review the entered MAC address to verify its correctness.
  • Click the blue LOGOUT button.

Your device will be added to the network within 1 to 10 minutes. Once your device Status becomes Active in the system, you will have Wi-Fi access via TWOLFnet on your device.

Deleting MAC Addresses

DO NOT DELETE your MAC address from your list of registered devices at any time unless you wish to permanently delete the device from your list of registered devices.

Deleting MAC addresses and then trying to re-add them will create an error. To avoid receiving this error, contact the Solution Center for assistance if you are having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi after you registered your device.

Private Address / Randomized MAC Address

If your device does not connect to the WIFI after it has been activated, your device may have “Randomize MAC address” or “Private Address” turned on. Please turn these programs off under your Wi-Fi settings. This should allow you to connect to the Wi-Fi after that time.
